Meililin Vanadium-Titanium ADI Austempered Grinding Ball (Φ80–Φ120 mm)

Cast from vanadium-titanium microalloyed ductile iron, formed on a fully automated DISA moulding line and austempered on German intelligent heat-treatment lines, giving an acicular ferrite plus carbon-enriched austenite (ADI) matrix. Surface hardness exceeds HRC 58 with a tough core, so the balls resist impact and breakage and hold their roundness in service — well suited to the coarse grinding chambers of SAG and ball mills. Standard sizes are Φ80, Φ90, Φ100, Φ110 and Φ120 mm, with charge grading tailored to mill type and feed size. Supplied in bulk bags or steel drums, with export crates and pallets on request.
