refined under high temperature and vacuum, grade FeP23-GC, dedicated to melting iron-based amorphous and nanocrystalline master alloys. Phosphorus 22.0–24.0% with Si ≤0.05%, C ≤0.005%, S ≤0.01%, Mn ≤0.05% and Ti ≤0.01% — the five harmful impurities kept under tight control so soft-magnetic properties are not degraded and glass-forming ability improves. Available as 5–50 mm or 1–10 mm lumps and 80–2000 mesh powder; packed 1000 kg per bulk bag with a waterproof liner, or in 25 kg steel drums and laminated woven bags. Store dry, away from acids and oxidisers, and pre-dry before charging.
